NCHSAA basketball playoffs: 4th-round scores for boys and girls in the East Region
The 2024 NCHSAA basketball playoffs reached Round 4 on Tuesday with an Elite Eight teams remaining in each of four state classifications in the boys' and girls' brackets.
Fourth-round winners advance to regional finals, which will be played at Wake Forest's Lawrence Joel Veterans Memorial Coliseum on March 11-14, and state championships will follow on March 15-16.
