Game time set for Duke vs Vermont in 2024 NCAA Tournament opener

Duke basketball and Vermont will play in the first round of the NCAA Tournament as part of March Madness. The time and date have been set for the Round of 64 matchup.

The fourth-seeded Blue Devils (24-8) will face the 13th-seeded Catamounts (28-6) at 7:10 p.m. ET on Friday in Brooklyn, New York, at the Barclays Center. The game will be broadcast on CBS.

Duke, the No. 4 seed in the South Region, was bounced in the second round of the 2023 NCAA Tournament, but advanced to the FInal Four in 2022. Here’s a look at the first-round game time for this year’s tourney.

Duke will play Vermont at 7:10 p.m. ET on Friday in Brooklyn, New York, as part of the evening session at the Barclays Center. No. 5 Wisconsin and No. 12 James Madison play at 9:40.
