Game time for Duke basketball vs Houston in 2024 NCAA Tournament

Dukebasketball and Houston will play in the Sweet 16 of the 2024 NCAA Tournament as part of March Madness. The date is set and a game time has been announced. 

The fourth-seeded Blue Devils (26-8) will face the top-seeded Cougars (32-4) at the South Regional on Friday in Dallas at American Airlines Arena, home of the NBA’s Dallas Mavericks. 

The game will be broadcast on CBS and will follow second-seeded Marquette (27-9) and 11th-seeded NC State (24-14), which tips off at 7:09 p.m. ET in the Lone Star State. The Devils and Cougars will start around 9:45 p.m. ET.

Duke earned a pair of double-digit wins against Vermont and James Madison in Brooklyn to secure the program’s 29th trip to the Sweet 16. In the Blue Devils’ rout of the Dukes, Jared McCain set a program record with eight 3-pointers. 

It'll be the first-ever meeting between Duke and Houston. The Cougars are coming off wins against Longwood and Texas A&M in 2024 March Madness.

What time does Duke play Houston in 2024 NCAA Tournament? 

Duke will play Houston on Friday in Dallas. The game will follow Marquette vs. NC State, which tips off at 7:09 p.m. ET. That means the Blue Devils and Cougars will tip off roughly around 9:45.
