All-District basketball teams announced. Which Fayetteville-area players made it?

The North Carolina Basketball Coaches Association released it's all-district teams for the 2023-24 basketball season.

Eleven Fayetteville-area players landed on the District 4 list; four boys and six girls basketball players among various schools.
